Scanlines Fine / Wide (4K PNG) → track above footage, blend MULTIPLY, lower opacity to taste.

CRT Mask (4K PNG, transparent) → rounded TV-screen edges, Normal blend.

VHS Noise Light / Heavy (4K, 10 s) → tape sparkles, tracking band, dropouts. Blend SCREEN.

Tape Glitch Transitions (1.5–2.5 s) → put the strongest frame on your cut. Blend SCREEN.

RGB SPLIT / CHROMATIC ABERRATION (Premiere, no plugins)

Duplicate your clip on the track above → on the top copy use Effects → "Channel Mixer" or "Tint" to keep only red, set blend mode to SCREEN and nudge Position 4–8 px to the right. Or use the built-in

"VR Chromatic Aberrations" effect, which also works on normal (non-VR) footage.
