DAEDAL is a complete post-production studio powered by AI that runs entirely on your own computer. Point it at a folder of cards from a shoot — and it watches, listens, syncs, sorts, grades and drafts the edit, so you start in Premiere from a first cut instead of from an empty timeline.
It is already used on real wedding films in our own workshop. Meanwhile, its sync engine is available as DAEDAL Sync, a free standalone app.
IMAGINATION, UNBOUND.WHAT DAEDAL DOES
Not a filter or a single trick: DAEDAL connects the slow, repetitive parts of post-production into one workflow. Each part is useful on its own — together they turn a day of footage into a first cut.
Scene by scene: shot types, faces, motion, sharpness, speech and its transcript. A local language model labels every moment — preparations, ceremony, first dance, speeches — and writes a report plus markers you import into Premiere.
Any number of cameras and audio recorders lined up by their sound, not by their clocks — even a recorder that is years off. Long recordings are corrected for drift. Result: a multicam timeline with every camera on its own track.
A teaser and a full-length film, chronological or a story built around the voices, cut to the music you choose. Several variants per song, with the reason behind every shot, alternatives one click away, and a Premiere XML to finish in.
Give it one of your finished films and it learns your rhythm: shot lengths, slow motion, music levels, how much of the day you show. Or describe the change in words — “shorter party, more of the bride’s mother” — and it adjusts the recipe.
Recognizes each camera and log profile (V-Log, S-Log3, HLG, D-Log M…), converts it to Rec.709 and matches every camera to a reference — skin tones first. It can even build a look from a few reference images you love.
Transcribes and translates speech into subtitle files for your film, a generated edit or a Premiere sequence. Fix the text in place, style it live on the video, and export with the subtitles burned in.
Removes noise, isolates voices, takes the echo out of churches and the crowd out of speeches. Plus a creative lab: generated music from a description, sound effects and ambiences, classic voice effects.
Your originals are only ever read — never moved, renamed or changed. Nothing is uploaded: footage, voices and faces stay on your machine. Every job can be stopped and resumed.

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
DAEDAL is heavy-duty software: it runs several AI models on your own hardware. We are finishing the installer, testing it on more machines and more kinds of projects. The release will come with a version, a license and step-by-step installation.
