One workflow for every delivery: the film, the trailer, the teaser, reels and the YouTube version — named the same way

Every time, sent to Media Encoder in one click, then checked technically and written into a delivery report.

How to use

1. Window → Extensions → DAEDAL Delivery Kit.

2. Client, version (v01, v02… — it counts by itself from the folders already delivered) and the delivery folder.

3. Add deliverables: for each one pick the type (Film, Trailer, Reels 9:16, YouTube 4K, Master ProRes, WAV…) and the sequence. The Media Encoder preset is chosen automatically; "choose…" uses your own .epr instead.

4. "Send to Media Encoder". Files go to <folder>/<date>_<version>/ named like Client_Film_v01_2026-10-27.mp4

5. As each export finishes, the panel checks it: duration and frame rate against the sequence, resolution, vertical for Reels, audio present, loudness (target -14 LUFS, true peak under -1 dBTP).

6. When everything is checked it writes "Delivery report <version>.txt" (+ .csv) in the delivery folder, with a short note for the client you can paste into your message.

"Check files…" verifies any files you already exported, without Media Encoder.

TECHNICAL CHECKS need ffprobe/ffmpeg. They are included in DAEDAL Sync (free) — install it and the panel finds them.

If you already have ffmpeg, click "Locate ffprobe…".

Install

Mac: quit Premiere, unzip, right-click "Instaleaza (Mac).command" → Open → Open.

Windows: quit Premiere, unzip, double-click "Instaleaza (Windows).bat".

Then Premiere → Window → Extensions → DAEDAL Delivery Kit.
